Live Bidding – Attend the live auction in person in Manchester or Nashua, NH.
Absentee/Online Bidding – If you cannot attend the live auction you have several bidding options including online bidding through our website. Other options include bidding via phone, postal mail, email, and fax.

If you wish to bid via phone please contact us prior to the auction so phone bidding can be arranged.
Internet Only Auction Bidding – This is the same online bidding that is used in conjunction with our Live Auctions. However, at the end of bidding (Auction Day), the lots will begin to close 30 minutes prior to the designated close time. Each lot will have a staggered close. Lot closing is designated by a countdown displayed with each lot. Bidding is extended by 2 minutes if a bid is received in the last 15 seconds before a lot closes.
Live Auction – Please check in prior to the auction start with one of our clerks to receive a bidders card.
Online Bidding – Please create an account on our website prior to participating in the auction via the New Bidder/Log In page. If you already have a previous Bidopia or Auction Flex account you do not have to create a new account. You cannot use your current MintProducts.com account to log into MintProducts Auctions. Other Bidding Methods – Please contact us via phone at 1-866-665-6468 or via our contact us page for more information on alternative bidding methods.
MPA notifies successful bidders within 1-3 business days of the sale. You will be emailed a copy of your invoice or contacted via phone if you did not provide an email address. We may also mail an invoice, but primary contact is through email.
Please be aware, at this time, the bidding website will not notify you if you’ve won or successfully bid on lot(s) upon logging in. However, it may indicate “you may have won” – this does not take into account the live auction and only the online portion.
Those attending the live auction should pay for their successful bids in full and receive the items at that time. All successful absentee bidders will be notified within 1-3 business days following the sale and are required to pay the full invoice amount before lots are delivered unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment must be received within 10 days of notification. Merchandise will be shipped after payment clears. We have the right to withhold successfully won lots at the live auction if paying by check to allow check to clear.
Payments can be made by cash, check (bank check, traveler’s checks, etc.), bank wire (with advanced approval), PayPal, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Please be aware that your items may be delayed if paying via Personal or Business Check.
A 15% Buyers Charge (also known as a Buyers Premium) will be added to the successful bid of each lot. This charge is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.
Consignors are paid in full within 30 days of the date of sale.
We currently hold auctions in both Manchester and Nashua, NH. Our March and November Auctions are currently held in conjunction with the NH Coin & Currency Expo at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Manchester, NH. Our June and September Auctions are held at the Holiday Inn in Nashua, NH.

At this time, we do not offer Webcast Auctions, which is Live Online Bidding during Live Auctions. We hope to offer this type of auction soon!
